An Event Marketing Agency
That Also Holds the Room

EVENT MARKETING AGENCY · ADS + PROMOTION + VIDEO — HOUSTON TX

SIGNAL — 013 · HOUSTON TX

01 · THE DIFFERENCE

The door, not the click

Most event marketing is sold by an agency that runs your ads, sends a click report, and goes home. If the room is half empty, that’s your problem. We built this differently. Mosaic Group is an event marketing agency in Houston that also books the venue and runs the production, so the campaign answers for the same thing you do. The door count.

One desk holds the ads, the build, and the door. When the spend and the room sit on the same desk, the marketing stops being a report and starts being a number of people standing in front of the stage.

EVERYTHING FOR EVENTS ▸

02 · PAID ADS

TikTok. Meta. Google.

Three platforms, one arc. TikTok ads for events do the discovery work. Facebook ads for events carry the volume, Meta targeting that finds local partygoers and keeps finding them. And Google ads for events in Houston catch the people already typing a night out into the search bar.

A single date runs the announce, presale, final push arc. A venue or a recurring night runs always-on, selling next week while this week is still loading in.

TIKTOK ADS — Discovery and reach, short vertical cuts that put the night in front of people who didn’t know they were going out yet.

META ADS — The workhorse. Facebook and Instagram audiences dialed in on Houston nightlife, with retargeting for everyone who bit.

GOOGLE ADS — Search and Maps for people in Houston already looking for a night out, or a venue for their own.

03 · THE NETWORK

People who pull

Ads reach strangers. The network reaches people who already go out every weekend. Afterparty has run immersive festival-scale rave experiences across Houston, San Antonio, and Austin since ’24, with 1,600+ heads at their last Houston night by their own count. Amped HTX holds the hard techno and hardstyle crowd. Behind them sits a wider bench of promoters who pull.

Street push, guest list mechanics, collab posting, creator seeding. There’s no line item for any of that in an ads manager, and it’s the layer that separates real event promotion in Houston from a click report. It’s the same muscle a concert promotion company in Houston runs, ours just plugs straight into the venue and the production we run.

PROMOTER PUSH — Afterparty, Amped HTX, and the wider bench moving their own crowds onto your date.

GUEST LIST — RSVP and list mechanics that turn interest into names at the door.

COLLABS + SEEDING — Affiliate posting and creator seeding, local accounts carrying the flyer for reach money can’t fake.

THE PROMOTER NETWORK ▸

04 · THE LIST

The asset that survives the night

The night ends. The list doesn’t. We capture from the first announce, run presale registration and RSVP flows, and build retargeting audiences out of everyone who touched the campaign. SMS and email land with a crowd that’s yours, not rented from a platform.

Date over date it compounds. Your second event opens to an audience the first one paid for, so the spend works on top of a base instead of starting from zero. That’s the difference between buying ads and doing event marketing in Houston that leaves you holding an asset.

05 · THE FOOTAGE

Shot on the night

Event video production in Houston usually means hiring a third crew that’s never seen the room. We’re already in the building running the night, so we shoot it ourselves. Recap video, aftermovie cuts, vertical clips for TikTok and Reels, photo coverage, all captured live.

The footage is the fuel. This week’s crowd becomes next month’s ad creative, and every open door makes the next campaign easier to run.

RECAP + AFTERMOVIE — The full cut that sells the next date to everyone who missed this one.

VERTICAL CLIPS — TikTok and Reels units pulled straight from the night’s edit.

PHOTO COVERAGE — Stills for the feed, the flyer, and the next announce.

THE PRODUCTION STACK ▸

06 · THE RECORD

The lift

Before Mosaic, our founder Landry took promoters pulling 100 to 800 heads a show and built them to 2,000. He did it by teaching, by tuning the marketing, by putting venues in their hands fast, and by filling the gaps in the operation. That lift is the blueprint this offer runs on.

He’s been in the event space since he was 16. Ran his own venues, hosted 3,000-person events, helped facilitate 100,000-person festivals. Mosaic itself is new in 2026, so we won’t dress the origin story up as a company case study. It’s the operator behind the desk.

07 · WHO CALLS

Four doors in

The machine is the same. The gap it fills depends on who’s calling.

If you run a club, read the second line twice. A nightclub marketing agency in Houston that can also pull from a live promoter bench is a different animal from one that only buys impressions.

PROMOTERS — You’ve got the brand and the following. We put the ad engine, the list, and the rooms behind it.

VENUES + CLUBS — A dead Thursday is unsold inventory. We market the night and the network helps fill it.

ORGANIZERS — The date is booked and tickets need to move. We run the arc from announce to final push.

COMPANIES — A launch that needs a real crowd in the room, not a headcount of coworkers.

08 · TRANSMIT

Send the date

The form wants three things. The date, the room if you have one, and where ticket sales stand right now. Honest numbers get honest plans, and if presale is stalled we’d rather know on day one.

We’ll come back with the ad plan across TikTok, Meta, and Google, the promotion behind it, and what we’d shoot on the night. One desk, one plan, and both of us staring at the same door count.

TRANSMISSION FAQ

Which ad platforms do you run for events?

TikTok, Meta, and Google. TikTok handles discovery, Meta carries the volume with Facebook and Instagram targeting for local partygoers, and Google Search catches people already looking for a night out or a venue. Most campaigns run all three in one arc from announce to final push.

Can you market a night at a venue you don’t operate?

Yes. The ad stack, the list building, and the promoter push work on any room in the city. Our own venues just mean we can put a room in your hands fast if you don’t have one locked. Bring the date either way.

How does the promoter network fit into a campaign?

Ads reach strangers. Crews like Afterparty and Amped HTX move their own crowds onto your date, people who were going out this weekend anyway. We layer both so paid reach and real pull land at the same time. That’s the part no ad account can buy.

Do you shoot the video and content the ads run on?

Yes. We’re already in the building running the night, so the cameras come with us. Recap video, aftermovie cuts, vertical clips for TikTok and Reels, and photos, all shot live and cut to fuel the next campaign.
