Event services in Houston.
All of it.
Full service event company · every lane on one board — Houston TX
SIGNAL — 013 · HOUSTON TX
THE BOARD — 00
Fill in the blanks
Promoters or companies hit us up and we fill in all the blanks. This page is that sentence written out in full: every lane an event has, phase by phase, offered as event services in Houston through one channel.
Here’s the angle before you read a single lane. The marketing, the room, and the production answer to one operator. Most nights die in the handoffs between a venue broker, a sound vendor, and whoever got stuck with promotion. We don’t have handoffs.
That’s the literal version of a full service event company in Houston. Take the whole board or pick the lanes you’re missing, either works, and both start at the same form.
PHASE ONE — THE PLAN
Before the night
A good night is decided weeks before doors. This is the event planning services layer of a Houston build: concept, money, room, and date, locked in that order, so nothing downstream gets improvised.
Every lane below is an offer. We run some, we coordinate the rest, and all of it lands in one plan you approve.
CONCEPT + CREATIVE DIRECTION — We take the idea, name the format, and build the night’s identity before a dollar moves.
BUDGET BUILD + COST CONTROL — One budget covering every lane on this page, tracked in the open so you always know where the number stands.
VENUE SOURCING + BOOKING — Our own rooms first, Salvaje and the All-White Warehouse, then the wider network when the brief wants something else.
SITE WALKTHROUGH + LAYOUT — We walk the room with you and draw the floor: stage, bar, entry, egress, sightlines.
DATE LOCK — We read the market calendar, dodge the conflicts we can see, and put the date in writing.
PHASE ONE — THE PAPER
Permits and compliance
Permits are part of the product here, not homework handed back to you. Event permits in Houston run through more desks than most people expect, and we coordinate every one of them as included work.
None of this is glamorous. All of it decides whether the night legally happens.
SPECIAL EVENT PERMITS — City paperwork for the event itself, filed early and tracked until the city answers.
FIRE MARSHAL — Occupancy, egress, and inspection coordination settled before anyone official walks the floor.
TABC + LIQUOR — Liquor compliance coordination so the bar pours legally from doors to close.
HEALTH PERMITS — Food vendor permitting coordinated ahead of load-in, not scrambled at the gate.
INSURANCE + COI — We wrangle the certificates every venue and vendor demands and keep them in one folder.
EMERGENCY + WEATHER PLANS — An action plan on paper for the scenarios nobody wants, including the Houston sky.
PHASE ONE — THE SHOW
Talent, tickets, sponsors
The bill is the product, so it gets its own lanes. This is talent buying and booking for Houston rooms, plus everything that turns a booking into a sellable night.
TALENT BUYING + HEADLINER OFFERS — We scope the bill to the budget and put real offers in front of agents.
DJ BOOKING + LOCAL SUPPORT — Openers and local support booked to warm the room instead of filling time.
CONTRACTS + RIDERS — Performance contracts and rider handling read line by line before anyone signs.
SHOW ADVANCING — Tech specs, set times, and inputs advanced with every artist ahead of the night.
TRAVEL + LODGING — Artist flights, ground, and hotels coordinated so nobody’s texting about a pickup at 2 AM.
TICKETING SETUP — Platform, price tiers, presales, and promo codes built to move the room in waves.
GUEST LIST + COMPS — One managed list so the door isn’t arguing with screenshots at ten o’clock.
SPONSORSHIPS — Packages and activation design that give a sponsor real presence in the room, with proof coming after.
VENDOR SOURCING — Food vendors and concessions picked to fit the crowd, contracted, and slotted on the site plan.
PARKING + INGRESS — Where cars go and how the line moves, planned before the first ticket sells.
PHASE ONE — THE NOISE
The marketing lane
Paid ads on TikTok, Meta, and Google, plus promotion through the promoter network. List building, flyers, and creative that fits the night.
We’re keeping this section short on purpose. What matters here is placement: the marketing that fills the room is run by the same operator building the night, and the crowd comes through the promoter network.
PHASE TWO — THE BUILD
Production week
Everything physical, run or coordinated by Mosaic. This is where turnkey event services in Houston get literal: the rig goes up, the power comes on, and the room becomes the show.
The same lanes scale to field size, which is what festival production services in Texas actually come down to. Fencing, generators, and structures are the show at that scale, and we treat them like it.
STAGING + SET BUILDS — Stages and set pieces built to spec and struck by morning.
SOUND — System design and tuning matched to the room, run by our crew for the whole night.
LIGHTING — Design and programming written to the arc of the night, then operated live.
LED + VISUALS — LED walls, projection, and visual content coordinated as one picture.
SPECIAL EFFECTS — Effects coordinated safely and legally, tied back to the permit work above.
POWER — Distribution and generators sized to the real load before load-in, because a dark stage isn’t a plan.
FENCING + CROWD INFRASTRUCTURE — Barricade, fencing, and crowd-flow infrastructure for anything at field scale.
TENTS + STRUCTURES — Temporary structures placed, permitted, and weighted for Houston weather.
SITE SERVICES — Restrooms, water, waste, and the unglamorous grid that keeps a site running.
DECOR + FURNITURE — The soft layer sourced and installed so the room reads finished instead of rented.
PHASE THREE — DOORS OPEN
Night operations
Event staffing in Houston is where good plans usually go to die, so we run the floor off one call sheet. Every role below gets briefed before doors, and every one of them answers to the same show caller.
SECURITY + CROWD MANAGEMENT — Security staffing and crowd management coordinated to the room and the headcount.
DOOR + BOX OFFICE — Ticket scanning, ID checks, will call, and the drawer, run clean.
BAR STAFFING + POS — Bartenders, barbacks, and point of sale set up to keep the line moving.
VIP + TABLES — Hosts and table service that make the top of the room feel handled.
STAGE MANAGEMENT — Show calling, cues, and set changes on a clock somebody is actually watching.
ARTIST RELATIONS — Green rooms, hospitality, and one point of contact for the talent all night.
MEDICAL + POLICE — Coordination with medics and officers, scaled to the event and agreed on paper in advance.
CREW — Runners, stagehands, and load-in and load-out labor scheduled so the room opens and closes on time.
PHASE FOUR — AFTER
The lanes nobody advertises
Almost nobody puts post-event work on a sales page. Every real operator does it anyway. We list it because it’s part of the job, and because the after is where the next date gets easier.
This is also the half of event management services in Houston that clients feel most: the money reconciles, the sponsors get proof, and the footage becomes next month’s ads.
STRIKE + CLEANUP — The build comes down, the trash goes out, and the room hands back clean.
SETTLEMENT — Vendor reconciliation and settlement closed out with receipts, not vibes.
REPORTING — Ticketing and bar numbers pulled into one honest report.
ATTENDANCE ANALYTICS — Who came, when they came, and what that says about the next date.
SPONSOR RECAPS — Decks that show sponsors what they actually bought, which is how they come back.
PHOTO + RECAP VIDEO — Event photography and a recap edit delivered while the night still matters.
CONTENT CAPTURE — Footage shot on purpose to feed the next date’s ads, not scraped from stories.
PROTOCOL — FINAL
One operator
No lane on this page gets handed to a stranger. The room is ours or sourced by us, the production is run by us, the marketing is run by us, and the crowd comes through the network. When something slips at 11 PM there’s no vendor chain to work through. There’s us.
The company is new, est. 2026, so the receipts behind it are Landry’s. He’s been in the event space since 16. He ran his own venues, ran Counterculture and Live Impact events, hosted 3,000-person events, and helped facilitate 100,000-person festivals. He’s moved ten fences, generators, and lighting into a venue for a multi-thousand-person festival.
He took promoters pulling 100 to 800 a show and built them to 2,000. Teaching, marketing facilitation, fast venue access, gap filling. That history is the operating system every lane above runs on.

Send the board
Give us the date, the headcount, and which lanes you need. Rough is fine. You can hand over the whole board or a single lane, staffing alone, settlement alone, marketing alone, and it comes back as one plan with one number.
That’s event services in Houston the way we run it. One channel in, one night out, and the form below opens it.
TRANSMISSION FAQ
What does a full service event company in Houston actually cover?
Everything on this page. Planning, budgets, permits, talent, ticketing, marketing, the physical build, night-of staffing, and the post-event work like settlement and recap decks. If a lane exists on an event, we either run it or coordinate it from our side of the table.
Do you handle permits, insurance paperwork, and compliance coordination?
Yes, and it’s included coordination, not an add-on. Special event permits, fire marshal requirements, TABC and liquor compliance, health permits for food vendors, and the insurance certificates everyone demands. You shouldn’t have to learn city process to throw a night.
Can we hire Mosaic for one lane, like staffing or settlement, without the full package?
Yes. Plenty of operators just need a gap filled. Take staffing alone, or marketing, or post-event settlement, and if you want the whole board later it’s the same channel and the same people.
Do you book the talent and also run the show day-of?
Both. We put offers in front of agents, handle contracts and riders, advance the show, then our stage management calls it live on the night. The person who booked the artist and the person running the set clock answer to the same operator.
