A song that takes you back. A stranger who becomes a friend. A moment you keep talking about long after the lights come on. Mosaic began with the desire to make more of those moments, and the belief that there was still something worth building.
Before Mosaic, David and Landry were two solo promoters building their own corners of Houston. David owned Freedom Houston, then lost it to an explosion at a neighboring battery plant.
Landry owned Live Impact Events and Church HTX, then lost his room to landlord and city trouble. Landry has been promoting since he was sixteen. It has been his dream to be the next Pasquale Rotella of Insomniac Events.
The rooms changed. The dream did not. We put our experience together and started again. You are a light in a dark room. Come find yours.

Event organization, especially solo or with a small team, is hard. You grow, and you lose the fun of it.
You are constantly worried about ads, text blasts, email blasts, the flyer and booking the show. You get so wrapped up in the operations noise that you lose the reason you started: creativity.
You started this because you know how to put creativity into an experience and show people how to have fun. People forget how. You are a light in a dark room.
We use technology and AI not to steal creativity from artists, but to give it back.
We take the ads, the lookalike audiences, the cross-referencing and the numbers off your plate, so you can focus on growth, the big picture, the crowd and the experience.
Everything we do is still us, our input, our words. We just do not have to put in the time anymore.

Today, Mosaic is a technology-driven event and music organization. Two event organizers became orchestrators, bringing together people, venues, production and creative direction.
We use practical technology and AI to help with the work behind the experience: ads, social posts, texts, emails, ticket links and admin. The purpose is simple: give organizers more room to create, and give their ideas a way into the world.

Independent organizers do not always have the budget for a whole back office. Mosaic brings practical AI and connected systems alongside the business, supporting the everyday work between an idea and a room full of people.
