Short version: we collect what you type into a form so we can answer it. We don’t sell it and we don’t add you to a list you didn’t ask for.

01 · What we collect

Only what you send us

The forms on this site collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus whatever you tell us about your event: a date, a headcount, an event type, a venue, and a free-text description. That is all. There is no advertising pixel and no analytics tag on this site.

Our host, WordPress.com, keeps standard server logs and runs Akismet spam filtering on form submissions, which processes the contents of the form and your IP address for that purpose.

02 · What we do with it

Answer you, and nothing else

We use it to reply to your enquiry and to plan the event you asked about. If we need to get you a price for a room, a rig or a vendor, we share only what that supplier needs to quote it.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing. If you give us a phone number we may call or text you about the enquiry you sent. We won’t add you to a marketing list without asking you first, and any marketing message we do send will say how to stop it.

03 · How long we keep it

Until it stops being useful

Enquiries we didn’t take forward are deleted once they are clearly cold. Records attached to an event we actually worked on are kept while we may still need them for accounting and dispute reasons.

You can ask us at any time what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email landry@mosaicgrouptx.com and we will do it.

Kept current

This site sets only the cookies WordPress.com needs to serve and secure the page. We add no tracking cookies of our own. If that changes — if we add advertising pixels, which we may, since we run paid campaigns for our clients — this page changes first and says so.
